NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL OFFICIAL COLLEGE LIFES’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH OR PERTAINING TO THE SITE OR YOUR ACCESS OR USE THEREOF EXCEED $50.00.
Indemnity

These Terms, and any dispute that may arise between you and Official College Life shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of laws principles. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the courts of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. for any all disputes arising out of or relating to the Terms and/or the Site.
